Saturday 2-2 Off, slept in till 2ish and was lazy all day

Thursday 1-31 1:30:04, pounded middle 30 mins/4x60 second surges towards end, felt like crap throughout run though...fat fat fat

After returning from Syria and Lebanon, my training will now need to get serious. I ran about 10 miles on New Year's day and then twice while traveling in the Middle East (once 45 minutes, once 35 minutes). Now I'm back in Berlin. The marathon is on April 6, meaning I have roughly 10-11 weeks to go. Here's this past week's training, everything at a medium pace.
Saturday 1-12: 60 minutes
Sunday 1-13: 60 minutes
Monday 1-14: off
Tuesday 1-15: 65 minutes
Wednesday 1-16: 72 minutes
Thursday 1-17: 70 minutes
Friday 1-18: 70 minutes
Total for week: ~57 miles. My legs were a bit tired for most of the week because I hadn't really run much for the two weeks beforehand. Also, my right eye hurt a bunch, especially towards the end of runs with all the pounding. Strange injury, I know.
